The single conference fee includes one reception, refreshments during program breaks and the poster session, hospitalities, three breakfasts, the joint Educational Session box lunch on Wednesday and the joint Conference banquet Wednesday evening.

The double (full) conference fee includes two receptions, refreshments during program breaks and both FOCAPO and CPC poster sessions, all hospitalities, five breakfasts, the joint box lunch on Wednesday and the joint Conference banquet Wednesday evening.

The conference has set an optional rate of $95 for guests. This fee will cover a single guest to attend the Wednesday evening banquet as well as the Sunday and Friday receptions.
